MILK PROCESSING PLANT SKID
HTST (high temperature short time) processing plant is designed as per the customer requirements for their standardization of milk. It is the simplest process to pasteurize the whole milk by killing the unwanted micro-organisms and bacteria without any damaging on product. Delivers the product as per the customer requirements for pasteurization for different applications. The consumers can use the pasteurized milk for their milk products made from milk and cream, even the cultured products are included in this for the better shelf life.
The temperature program is designed as per the inlet and outlet requirement. The processing equipment is also designed with dual programming where inlet can be 4 or 35 deg. C. The holding tube will hold the milk for 20 to 10 minutes which depends on the product requirement. The plant is also accommodating with the hot water generating system for the inlet of the PHE where the steam is used a heating purpose.

PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
The plate heat exchangers is used to exchange the heat of product by using available secondary temperature media for product which is used for purpose of cooling ,heating, regeneration process, this is executed through the convection method of heat transfer directed through the plates used in exchanger,
The Stage of Plate heat Exchanger is depended upon the temperature program need to executed through the PHE by using the availability of service media
The surface of the PHE Plate is sealed with a Gaskets around the plate corners for preventing from leakage and internal mixing. The flow patterns are cross-flow or parallel flow depending on the product and its temperature programme. The most important things we consider while designing the heat exchanger is, that we ensure product with efficient heat transfer as well as output with high quality result by giving desired input thorough PHE.

Butter Churner Machine
Butter Churner Drum / Cylinder fabricated from 6 mm 304 S.S. Plate with inner side sand blated, Structure made from S.S. rectangle pipe, fitted with 1 HP. Electrical motor with gear box with VFD Drive for speed variation / Control also attached reverse forword & center stopper system with total balanced Churner
Ghee Boiler Steam Operated
It shall have jacketed insulated half rounded type Ghee Boiler, Completed with S.S. four legs, Product drain valve center in the vessel, steam inlet & condenset outlet are provided , Steam trap,safty valve ,pressure guage,air vent, downward type agitator fixed on top of the center of the ghee boiler fitted with 2 HP geared electric motor, etc.
SHRIKHAND /CHAKKA SHIRDING MACHINE:-
It shall be warm type screw design, all machine fabrication in S.S. pipe & sheet, hooper is provided for deposit the product & three different type of sives are provided for out of the product, 1 Hp electric Motor is fitted, Screw shall be easy to remove for cleaning purpose.
